Above: Spanish-American War Era limber for the US 3.2 Inch Gun. The limber is very similar to American Civil War Limbers but has an iron frame. The limber’s color is Olive Drab, correct for US Artillery in the Civil War and 1890s. "Chatham Artillery"(later called 118th FA) used the 3.2 Inch Gun and Limber in the1890s.

Above: 3.2 Inch Limber with the box open. The round brass caps mounted under the box are for holding friction primers.

Above: 3.2 Inch Limber with Single Trees mounted on the Double Tree. The Neck Yoke is sitting to the front. The Limber Pole is missing and the wheels are for the US Escort Wagon and are not the correct ones for the Limber.

Above: The slots to hold shells are evident in this photograph. Several original wood training rounds were even still in place when we found this original limber.
